EVERY EVENT IS DIFFERENT. EVERY PROPOSAL IS CURATED.
Because every event is unique, we create custom coffee, espresso and matcha catering proposals tailored to your needs. Pricing is based on guest count, service time, beverage selection, staffing, location and the level of customization for your Los Angeles event.
WHAT CAN AFFECT YOUR EVENT PRICING

The number of guests you’re serving helps determine the amount of product, staffing and overall service setup needed for your event. Larger guest counts may require additional baristas, service stations or equipment to keep service moving efficiently.

Pricing is also based on how long you’d like us on site. Most events are quoted around the expected service window, with additional time available depending on your event schedule, guest flow and setup requirements.

Venue location, load-in requirements, parking, travel and access can all affect the final quote. Events with more involved setup requirements or locations outside our standard Los Angeles service area may require additional logistics or travel fees.

Every service includes the essentials needed for beverage service, including cups, lids, napkins, straws or stirrers when needed, serviceware, ice, equipment and setup. Your quote also includes the selected beverage menu and on-site service for the agreed guest count and service time.

Your menu and level of customization contribute to the overall price. You can keep the service simple or add elements such as specialty beverages, seasonal drinks, branded cups, custom cup stickers, custom drink printing, a front logo decal or a full cart wrap.

Our cart can be used exactly as-is with The Art of Roam branding, or customized to fit your event. Optional add-ons include a front logo decal, full cart wrap, custom cup stickers, custom printed cups, custom drink printing and other event-specific branding details. You can add only what makes sense for your event rather than selecting from a fixed package.
